| 北魏中期,贵族官吏群体中贪污之风盛行,这种现象的出现并非偶然:北魏从游牧部落向国家形态进化的过程中,许多旧有的历史传统被保留下来,对于公私财产观的概念模糊,成为北魏中期官员贪污普遍化的历史因素,并与俸禄制度和礼法工具的缺失共同构成贪风盛行的内在原因。而贵族官员阶层严重的贪污现象,在客观上坚定了北魏孝文帝实施变法的决心,促进了北魏的法制化进程,同时在某种程度上加快了北魏政权的崩溃灭亡。 |

| Abstract: |
| The corruption was very serious in the middle of the Northern Wei Dynasty. The reasons are as follows:first, some traditions about the definition of public property inherited from the period of nomadic tribe; second, the unsound official salary system; third, failures of the integration of morality and law. The corruption led to King Xiaowen 's reform, construction of legal system and the demise of the Northern Wei Dynasty. |
