| 提高来华留学生教育质量是提升中国高等教育在国际上的公信力和声望的核心举措,留学生群体特有的复杂性是造成留学生培养质量较差的主要原因。此复杂性的来源主要有文化背景差异、前期基础教育水平差异、英语水平差异及学习习惯和思维方式差异等几个方面。提高来华留学生教育质量需要构建多元文化教育空间、加强具有跨文化交际能力的师资队伍建设、进行教学内容和方法改革等。 |

| Improving the quality of overseas students’ education is the core measure to enhance the fame of Chinese higher education. The complexity of the overseas students community lies in the differences in such aspects as the culture background, the English standard, the thinking method and the learning style, and this is the main reason for the poor quality of overseas students’ education. In order to improve the education quality, it is necessary to construct multicultural education space, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and reform the teaching contents and methods. |
