| 哈萨克斯坦蕴藏着丰富的油气资源,中国与哈萨克斯坦油气合作也已取得诸多成果,但是仍然存在一些影响中国与哈萨克斯坦油气合作的因素,诸如哈萨克斯坦周边和国内的动荡政局、哈萨克斯坦多边平衡的能源外交政策、中亚地区不断出现的国际恐怖主义活动及哈萨克斯坦能源竞合背后的大国政治博弈等。在建设“丝绸之路经济带”的背景下,中国与哈萨克斯坦需要进一步深化经贸合作,增强文化交流,拓展能源合作内容,合作打击恐怖主义,平衡大国关系。通过建设丝绸之路的能源走廊,深化中国与哈萨克斯坦的油气合作,实现互利共赢。 |

| The Status, Challenges and Prospects of Oil and Gas Cooperation Between China and Kazakhstan |

| Abstract: |
| Kazakhstan is rich in oil and gas resources. Meanwhile,Oil and gas cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has achieved many results. But there are still factors that affect oil and gas cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, such as the turbulence in the peripheral and domestic environments of Kazakhstan , Kazakhstan 's energy foreign policy of multilateral equilibrium,the emerging international terrorism activities in Central Asia, and the political game among the major powers under the oil and gas competition and cooperation in Kazakhstan. Therefore, in the background of the construction of "Silk Road economic belt", China and Kazakhstan need to further deepen economic and trade cooperation,enhance cultural exchanges, expand cooperation in energy content, cooperate to combat terrorism and coordinate the relationship among big powers. |
