| 文化产业大项目在文化产业发展中起着重要的示范和拉动作用。从青岛市文化产业大项目战略的实施情况来看,青岛市在省级和市级大项目建设方面取得了较好成绩。但通过与国内副省级城市、省内地级市的“对标”分析可以看出,青岛市文化产业大项目建设存在着尚未出台专门的政策规划、国家级文化产业示范(试验)园区缺失、没有国家知名骨干文化企业等问题。当前,青岛市加快实施文化产业大项目战略的重中之重是创建国家级文化产业示范(试验)园区,要认清形势,抢抓机遇,成立领导机构,出台专项政策,结合青岛本土文化优势资源,制定详细规划,狠抓落实。 |

| Measures and Suggestions to Speed up the Major Projects Strategy of Cultural Industry in Qingdao City |

| Abstract: |
| The major projects of cultural industry play an important role in the development of cultural industries. In the implementation of the major projects strategy of cultural industry, Qingdao has achieved very good results in the construction of the provincial and municipal projects. However, the "benchmarking" analysis of Qingdao and other sub-provincial and prefecture-level cities shows that the construction of major projects in Qingdao city has the following problems:no special policy planning, no National Cultural Industry Demonstration (Test) Park, lack of well-known national key cultural enterprises, etc. At present, priority among priorities to accelerate the implementation of the strategy is to create a National Cultural Industry Demonstration (Test) Park. Qingdao city shall seize the present opportunity to establish the leading agency, publish the special planning, formulate and implement detailed plan in combination with the local cultural resources. |
