| 当前和今后相当长一段时期内,中国将在“四个全面”战略布局指导下开展生态文明建设,不断丰富与发展中国特色社会主义生态文明建设理论。科学研究、总结、把握二者关系,进一步探索中国特色社会主义生态文明建设规律是现阶段中国面临的重大现实问题。中国生态文明建设总体成效显著,但依然受到现实中很多因素的制约。“四个全面”战略布局下,中国生态文明建设必然要建成生态小康,实现生态改革公平,从严实施生态法治和落实生态党建。 |

| Abstract: |
| China will carry out the practice of ecological civilization construction under the guidance of the "Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy" in quite a long time, enriching and developing the theories of ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. How to research, summarize and hold the relationship between them scientifically, and to further explore the laws of ecological civilization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics are major practical problems China has to face currently. China 's ecological civilization construction has seen remarkable overall results, but is still restricted by many realistic factors. Under the guidance of the "Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy", the trend of ecological civilization construction in China will steer to a better direction in the future. It will realize ecological well-off, achieve fair ecological reform, implement the ecological rule of law strictly and comply with ecological management of party. |
