实体书店是一个城市的形象符码和文化地标。随着网络书店的冲击和读者阅读习惯的改变,中国实体书店经营困难、举步维艰。面对出版市场的不景气,中国实体书店的经营者纷纷以实体书店+为基点,从书店服务、书店业态、营销科技、信息资产及书店场景等方面进行营销创新与转型升级。实践证明,实体书店+是有效的,转型升级后的实体书店均取得可喜的经济效益与社会效益。 |

Entity Bookstore Plus:Approaches to the Sustainable Development of Entity Bookstore in China |

Abstract: |
While it was widely regarded as the brand symbol and cultural landmark of a city, the entity bookstores are losing their market share due to the changing habits of readers and the competition from online bookstores. To survive against the adverse conditions, the entity bookstores in China are pursuing a strategy of "bookstore plus", that is, upgrading their business by innovating services, formats, marketing techniques, information assets and shopping environment. It turns out to be an effective strategy, as the transformation and upgrading bring Chinese entity bookstores both economic and social benefits. |
