| 价值论是关于价值关系的学说,价值论和职业生涯规划教育在本质上具有契合性,都关注人的生活、生命发展,关注人在实践中的主体能动作用。职业生涯规划教育指向人的价值实现,其价值关怀蕴含于实现个体自我价值和创造社会价值的辩证统一。为此,职业生涯规划教育应在认知中提升大学生的价值意识,在未来“可能生活”情境中增强价值体验,在践行社会主义核心价值观中实现价值自觉,以促进大学生职业生涯规划教育的价值生成。 |

| Value Theory is the theory about the value relations. Career planning education and value theory are in agreement by nature. They both pay attention to man 's life, the life development, and the subjective role of man in practice. Career planning education points to the realization of human value, and its value concern embodies the dialectical unity of the realization of self-value of the individual and the creation of social value. Therefore, in career planning education, the focus should be put on promoting college students value awareness in cognitive process, enhancing value experience in "the context of life in the future", and building up value consciousness in the practice of the socialist core values. |
