西方社会工业化的发展历程为劳动关系研究提供了丰富的素材,西方学者从不同的理论视角对劳资冲突进行了阐述,产生了很多研究成果。不同的理论视角因其所秉持的历史观和方法论各异,对劳资冲突的认识和理解也不尽相同。对不同理论视角下的西方劳资冲突研究进行梳理和评析,在此基础上,分析西方劳资冲突研究对中国当前劳动关系治理的启示。 |

Abstract: |
The development process of Western social industrialization has provided rich material for the study of industrial relations. Western scholars have elaborated the labor conflicts from different theoretical perspectives and have produced many research results. Different theoretical perspectives are different in terms of historical conception and methodologyand understandings of labor conflicts are not the same. This paper analyzes and evaluates the Western labor conflicts from different theoretical perspectives and analyzes its enlightenment on labor relations governance of China. |
