| 中国乡村旅游发展迅速,但普遍存在“一日游多,过夜游少”的现象,因此,如何留住游客,促使其由一日游向过夜游转变,成为乡村旅游深度开发的重要问题。以位于黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的乐陵市朱集镇为例,利用多分类Logistic回归模型,通过对当地游客乡村旅游住宿需求的影响因素的分析可以看出,性别、年龄、受教育程度、出游频率、旅游人均消费、出游方式、游览满意度以及基础设施满意度均对游客乡村旅游住宿需求产生显著影响,而户籍、餐饮满意度和住宿满意度对游客乡村旅游住宿需求的影响并不显著。 |

| Rural tourism has developed rapidly in China, but "day trips more, overnight travel less" is a common phenomenon. So how to retain tourists and change rural tourism from day trips to overnight travel becomes an important issue for the in-depth development of rural tourism. With Zhuji Town in Laoling City as an example, the influencing factors of the accommodation demand of rural tourism are analyzed by the multi-point Logistic regression model. It can be seen that gender, age, educational level, frequency of travel, travel consumption per capita, ways of traveling, sightseeing satisfaction and infrastructure satisfaction have a significant impact on the accommodation demand of rural tourism. However, the impact of household registration, catering satisfaction and accommodation satisfaction on the accommodation demand of rural tourism is not significant. |
