| 新加坡短期内建成多所世界一流大学的经历具有很好的借鉴意义,其国家推动和政府主导模式与中国相似,也提升了借鉴价值。紧紧围绕“一流”标准思考大学建设的核心构件、以国际化推进大学建设、以研究密集型办学定位支撑大学建设是新加坡的主要经验。在借鉴新加坡经验时,应着眼于整体视角,思考一流大学的全观性设计;着眼于本源性思维,思考世界一流大学建设的核心构件;着眼于后发优势和跳跃式发展路径,走出“发展阶段决定论”误区。 |

| Singapore 's experience of building a number of world-class universities in a short time has a good reference,and the state-driven and government-led education model which is similar to China 's higher education system would enhance the reference value. Singapore 's experience of construction of world-class universities includes the following points:thinking of the core elements of university construction, promoting university construction with globalization, supporting university construction by researching intensive school. However,some points should be noted when drawing lessons from the construction experience of world-class universities in Singapore. Firstly, we should focus on the holistic design of world-class universities.Secondly, we should think about the original thinking of the world-class university. Lastly,we need to pay more attention to the advantages of leaping thinking rather than accumulation of original theory or development stages. |
