| 随着知识产权保护的全球化推进,知识产权在石油企业的竞争和发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。石油企业在海外投资时要保护好自身的知识产权,就需要对该国立法、司法和执法有一定的了解,对整体的知识产权保护强度有一定的认识。在构建知识产权保护强度时,要分别从专利、商标、版权立法及知识产权执法环境出发,计算专利保护强度、商标保护强度、版权保护强度,根据三者在知识产权分布中的权重,计算综合的知识产权保护强度。根据测量的结果,建议中国在海外进行油气投资时,在不同的国家对知识产权问题要区别对待。 |

| With the globalization of intellectual property protection, intellectual property plays an increasingly important role in the competition and development of oil companies.To protect their own intellectual property rights, oil companies need to understand the legislation, justice and law enforcement of the countries they invest and the comprehensive intellectual property protection intensity. In this paper, we calculate patent protection strength, trademark protection intensity and copyright protection intensity, and then, calculate, according to the weight of each in the distribution of intellectual property rights, the whole intellectual property protection intensity, and verify its authenticity. Finally, according to the results of measurement,we give recommendations on China 's intellectual property protection in overseas oil and gas investment zone. |
