“新工科”背景下中国高校国际化人才培养路径探索

摘要:
对照当前国家大力倡导发展“新工科”的要求,现阶段中国高校的国际化人才培养还存在诸多问题,如现有培养方式无法满足 “新工科”人才的需求、资源配置不合理、缺乏与国外人才交流的渠道、教育实践环节薄弱等。 “新工科”背景下,国际化人才需要具有国际化思维、跨界整合能力、多元化知识架构、跨文化及创新实践能力等。培养国际化人才主要应从以下几个方面着手:一是要加大政策扶持力度;二是要建设多学科融合的师资队伍;三是要完善跨学科课程体系;四是要推进教材和教学方式更新;五是要搭建国内外合作交流平台;六是要强化技能性创新教育和实践训练。

Exploration of International Talents Cultivation in Chinese Universities under New Engineering Education

Abstract:
Currently, the development of New Engineering Education has been concentrated and advocated. Under this background, however, there are still many problems of fostering international talents in our universities, e.g. the existing cultivating mode insufficient to meet the social demand for talents, the unreasonable resources disposition, lack of communication channels with foreign engineering talents,weak internship and practical practice, etc. Thispaper analyzes the connotation of talent demand in the context of new engineering education, such as international thinking, interdisciplinary integration capability,diversified knowledge, cross-cultural and innovative capacity.Then the author tentatively provides six practicable talents cultivating fronts, including defining the talents cultivation concept, constructing the multidisciplinary integration teachers system, perfecting the interdisciplinary curriculum system, promotingthe reformof teaching materials and methods, building platforms for domestic and foreign exchanges, strengthening the skill innovation education and practical training, aiming at providing some reference of talents cultivation for higher educational universities in China.
