| 研究生导师在研究生教育培养中起着举足轻重的作用,立德树人的根本任务要求研究生导师对研究生进行教育和引导。在研究生培养过程中面临着学术和道德两方面的教育困境,解决这些困境需要研究生导师率先垂范,引导研究生端正学术态度、洁身自好,做研究生人格塑造的榜样,增强研究生的学术信仰,倡导平等协作,引导研究生做好职业评估,做研究生的学术领路人和良师益友。 |

| Post-graduate supervisors play critical roles in graduate education. The task of "morality-preferred and people-oriented" education requires that post-graduate supervisors educate and direct postgraduates in both academic and moral dimensions. However, both academic education and moral education are in dilemmas in reality. To get out of the education dilemmas, post-graduate supervisors ought to set good examples for students both in academic and moral aspects. They should be clean and self-disciplined and set models for students in shaping good personality. They ought to teach students to have proper academic attitude and career assessment, promote equality and cooperation, and be students 'good teachers and friends. |
