在当前激烈的市场竞争环境中,企业为了持续扩大自己的规模,往往会采用多元化发展方式,通过不断进入新的行业来持续扩张自己。通过对多元化运营成功的A企业的实地调研和深入访谈,从企业动态能力视角揭示在激烈的市场竞争中,企业应首先进行专业化发展,进行自身积累;当竞争环境发生变化时要快速突破企业初始身份约束,识别并抓住市场新机会,从以往的专业化发展模式过渡到多元化发展模式,实现持续、快速发展。 |

Organizational Identification and Strategic Choice of Enterprise Diversification Based on Dynamic Capabilities |

In the current fierce market competition environment, in order to continuously expand their scale, enterprises often adopt a diversified way of development, and continue to expand themselves by constantly entering new industries. Through field research and in-depth interviews with the diversified enterprises, and from the perspective of enterprise dynamic ability, this paper reveals that enterprises should develop professionally and accumulate by themselves firstly in the fierce market competition. When the competitive environment changes, enterprises should quickly break the restriction of initial identity so as to identify and seize the new market opportunities, and successfully transition from the past specialized development mode to the diversified development mode so as to achieve sustained and rapid development. |
