| 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对领导干部的政德建设给予了高度重视,提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,成为“四个全面”战略布局中全面从严治党思想的重要内容,这些思想对当前的理论和现实具有重大的指导意义。习近平政德建设思想体现了理论思维与实践指向的高度统一,坚持了文化传承与时代要求的高度统一,实现了道德自律与制度约束的高度统一。必须准确把握习近平政德建设思想的精神实质和思想内核,进一步做好新时期的党员干部管理工作。 |

| The CPC has been putting a high value on ideological and ethical construction of leading cadres. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the CPC, has paid attention to political moral construction of leading cadres, and advanced many new ideologies and views. These new ideologies and views are important parts of the ideals on strengthening Party self-discipline, one of Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategies. The Xi Jinping thought of construction of political morality has a great guiding significance for theory and reality. The Xi Jinping thought of construction of political morality embodies the high unity of theoretical thinking and practical orientation, insists on the high unity of cultural inheritance and requirement of the times, and realizes the high unity of moral self-discipline and institutional restriction. We should understand correctly the spiritual essence and idea crux of the Xi Jinping thought of construction of political morality, and do well the work of managing party members and cadres. |
