| 建设更多的世界一流大学和一流学科,对于中国提高教育发展水平、增强核心竞争力和综合实力、促进长远发展,具有十分重要的作用。从发达国家建设世界一流学科的经验来看,卓越人才是世界一流学科建设的根本,合理的学科组织模式和学科布局是世界一流学科建设的重点,有利的外部环境是世界一流学科建设的重要推动力,运用更全面的学科评价体系是世界一流学科建设的保障。结合这些经验,中国建设世界一流学科应主要从以下方面着手,即提高学科组织模式的自主性,结合办学理念进行学科布局,重视顶尖人才与高水平学术团队的培养与引进,重视跨学科交流与建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| The cultivation of world 's first-class universities and disciplines is critical for China 's education in enhancing its core competitiveness, comprehensive strength and long-term development. From the experience of building world-class disciplinesin developed countries,we find that for the world 's first-class discipline cultivation, a galaxy of talents are the foundation, the appropriate management mode and layout of disciplines are crucial, the favorable external environment is an important driving force and a more comprehensive disciplinary evaluation system guarantees the cultivation. These experiences show that the cultivation of world 's first-class disciplines should focus on the following aspects:the independence of the subject management mode needs to be enhanced; the scientific discipline layout should be carried out in combination with the idea of schooling. Meanwhile, it is also essential to cultivate and introduce the talents and high-level academic teams, as well as enhance interdisciplinary communication and construction. |
