| 在国家实施创新驱动发展战略、统筹推进“双一流”建设的背景下,产学研协同创新成为高校特别是行业特色型大学的一项战略选择。行业特色型大学具有产学研协同创新的基础和优势,但也存在着产学研结合松散、学科聚合效应较弱、成果转化能力不强和长效机制不健全等问题。因此,亟须通过加强战略协同、校企协同、校校协同、国际协同、组织协同提升行业特色型大学服务国家战略和引领行业技术创新的能力,提高一流大学和一流学科建设成效。 |

| Under the national policies of Innovation Driven Development and Double First-class construction, industry-university-research cooperation innovation has become a strategic option and key approach for Chinese universities, especially industry-based universities. The industry-based universities have the basis and advantages of industry-university-research cooperation innovation, while there exist the problems and challenges of loose cooperation within industry-university-research, unobvious effect in subject aggregation, weak ability of achievement transformation and imperfect long-term mechanism. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen strategic, school-enterprise, interschool, international and organizational collaborations, in order to improve the ability of serving national strategy and technological innovation and enhance the effect of the first-class universities and subjects construction. |
