新常态下山东省制造业转型升级评价研究

摘要:
制造业是地区持续健康发展的推动力, 制造业的转型升级是应对经济新常态的关键。采用主成分分析法对山东省制造业转型升级效果进行实证评价,发现山东省制造业在2005—2016年规模和效率都有所提升,产业结构和生态意识都得到强化,共同推进山东省制造业转型升级取得一定的成效,但仍然存在产业结构偏低偏重、能耗较大以及环境污染较严重等问题。基于此研究并结合新常态背景提出 从传统制造业、高新技术产业及生产性服务三方面采取针对性措施推动 山东省制造业的转型升级对策。

Evaluation of the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province Underthe New Normal Economy

Abstract:
Manufacturing is the driving force for sustained and healthy development, and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries has become the key to cater for the new normal of economy.Principal component analysis is used to evaluate the effect of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. The result shows that during the twelve years from 2005 to 2016, the scale and efficiency have been increased and the industrial structure and ecological awareness have been strengthened, which has promoted the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. However, there are still some problems, such as the low industrial structure, the relatively large energy consumption and the serious environmental pollution, etc. We propose to take targeted measures from traditional manufacturing, high-tech industries, and producer services to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in Shandong Province.
