| 科技与金融的相互融合对经济增长具有强有力的推进作用。基于山东省17地市的数据,运用面板数据固定效应和随机效应模型,对山东省及其四大区域科技金融的经济增长效应及区域差异进行实证分析。研究结果表明:公共科技金融和市场科技金融对经济增长均有显著促进作用,但公共科技金融的效应系数远高于市场科技金融,且区域之间存在较大差异。其中,“蓝区”的科技金融效应系数最高,“黄区”最低,“一圈”“一带”处于中间水平。针对这些问题,可以通过统筹市场和公共科技金融发展、完善科技金融市场机制、构建区域科技金融模式等措施更好地发挥科技金融的经济增长效应。 |

| The Effect of Technology Finance on Economic Growth and Its Regional Differences in Shandong Province |

| The technology and financial integration has strong promoting effect on economic growth. Based on the data from 17 cities of Shandong Province, using the panel data fixed effects and random effects model, an empirical analysis is carried out on the effects of economic growth and the regional differences of technology and finance in Shandong Province and the four regions. The results of the study show that both the public technology and science and the market technology and science have a very significant role in promoting economic growth. But the effect coefficient of public technology and science is much higher than that of the market technology and science.There is a big difference between regions.Among them, the "blue zone" technology and science effect coefficient is the highest, the "yellow zone" is the lowest, and "a circle and a belt" is in the middle level.In this regard,measures such as the integration of market and public technology and science development,improvement of technology and finance market mechanism, construction of regional financial model can be taken to make better use of the economic growth effect of technology and science. |
