| 辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主要参与者,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。研究辅导员在思想政治教育中的话语权,对做好大学生的思想政治教育工作、实现思想政治教育的目标至关重要。辅导员在思想政治教育中的话语权不仅是一种权利,也是一种权力,具有强制性与非强制性、渗透性与非渗透性、历史性与动态性的特征。然而,在新时代背景下,受信息网络化、文化多样化等因素的影响,辅导员在思想政治教育中的话语权也面临着诸多挑战。鉴于此,辅导员可以通过加强思想政治教育理论的学习和实践、拓宽开展思想政治教育工作的渠道和空间、提高挖掘思想政治教育内容的能力,来提升其在大学生思想政治教育中的话语权。 |

| Abstract: |
| Counselors are the main participants in the ideological and political education of college students and are the instructors and guides for their healthy growth. It is of great importance for doing the education work well and achieving the educational goals to study the voice of counselors in the ideological and political education. The voice of counselors is not only a power, but also a right in the ideological and political education. It has the mandatory and non-coercive, permeable and non-permeable, historic and dynamic characteristics. However, in the new era, due to the influences of information networking and cultural diversity, the voice of counselors faces many challenges in the ideological and political education. To improve their voice, counselors may strengthen the study and practice of ideological and political education theory, broaden channels and space, improve the capacity and explore the deep content. |
