| 在“安全化”理论视角下,“能源”在当代世界已成为一个从多角度被高度安全化的范畴,可以同时作为“存在性威胁”和“指涉对象”进入安全化进程之中;能源是一个独特的、极为重要的议题,具有极大的安全化潜力。能源因素同时作用于国家的硬实力和软实力两方面,“能源话语”(尤其是“能源安全话语”)是一国“能源软实力”的重要衡量指标与建构元素。“能源安全话语”与“能源软实力”“国家能源安全”之间存在复杂的互动关系。维护能源安全要求我们必须建设、维护良好的国家形象,而国家形象的建设与维护需要依赖能源安全话语的持续建构作用。近年来中国能源话语中的“安全观”蕴含了丰富的中国传统文化精神,重视中国传统、中国实践、中国经验、中国理念与中国理论。中国能源话语应积极建构自身“积极、合作、负责任大国”的形象,完善能源话语体系,讲好中国能源故事。 |

| An Analysis of the Securitization Logic and National Image Construction in Contemporary Chinese Energy Discourse |

| Abstract: |
| From the perspective of "securitization" theory, "energy" has become a highly securitizational category from multiple perspectives in contemporary world and can enter the securitization process both as existential threat and referent object. "Energy" is a unique and extremely important issue with great potential for securitization. Energy factor affects both the hard power and the soft power of the country. "Energy discourse", (especially "energy security discourse"), is an important measure and construction element of a country 's "energy soft power". There is a complex interaction between "energy security discourse" "energy soft power" and "national energy security". Maintaining energy security requires us to build and maintain a good national image, which depends on the continuous construction of energy security discourse. In recent years, the "security concept" in China 's energy discourse contains rich Chinese traditional cultural spirit and great importance is attached to Chinese tradition, Chinese practice, Chinese experience, Chinese concept and Chinese theory. In building China 's energy discourse, we should actively construct the image of a "positive, cooperative and responsible country", improve its energy discourse system and tell a good story of China 's energy. |
