淮河流域航空运输业的发展与变迁(1949—2009)

摘要:
改革开放前,受历史因素的影响,社会经济发展迟缓,淮河流域的航空运输业与中国其他地区相似,也较为落后。改革开放后,随着社会经济的快速发展,淮河流域各地市航空运输业在机场建设、航线航班数量、客货运载能力等方面有了长足的进步。但由于历史原因和现实因素,与长三角、珠三角和环渤海三大经济圈相比,淮河流域整体发展水平还比较落后,从而使其航空运输业与这些区域有着较大差距。从区位差异中寻求共同发展的道路,缩小与三大经济圈之间的差距,应是淮河流域今后整体发展的方向。

The Development and Changes of the Air Transport Industry in the Huaihe River Basin (1949—2009)

Abstract:
Due to the influence of historical factors, the social and economic development was slow before the reform and opening up. The air transport industry in the Huaihe River Basin was relatively backward, just like the rest of China. With the rapid development of the social economy since the reform and opening up, the air transport industry in the Huaihe River Basin has made great progress in airport construction, air routes and flight, passenger and freight capacity. However, due to historical reasons and realistic factors, the overall development level of the Huaihe River Basin is still relatively backward, compared with the three economic circles of the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Rim Economic Circle. Thus,the air transport industry in Huaihe River Basin is far behind these regions. Seeking a common development path from the location differences and reducing the disparity from the three economic circles should be the direction of the overall development of the Huaihe River Basin in the future.
