| 当前网络舆论主体规模不断壮大,网络舆论媒介交叉传播,网络群体意识“失焦”,网络舆论对现实社会的影响日益明显。面对日益复杂化的外部环境,地方政府网络舆论治理面临着舆论引导意识有待提高、舆论治理队伍亟待加强、舆论治理手段亟待完善等诸多问题。要构建网络舆论治理体系就要引入多元主体、加强平台建设、提高网络舆论治理队伍素质、完善网络舆论治理制度,并以机制创新促进网络舆论治理体系顺畅运行。 |

| At present, with the growing participants, cross-spread media and the unfocused online groups, internet public opinion is having an increasingly obvious influence on the society. In an increasingly complex external environment, local governments still lag behind in many aspects of internet public opinion governance, such as guiding consciousness, personnel skills and effective methods. Methods such as introducing multiple subjects, building a more rational platform, promoting the quality and capacity of governance personnel and improving the existing rules should be taken to establish an internet public opinion governance system. At the same time, we shall ensure the smooth operation of the system through mechanism innovation. |
