| 陈云在长期革命和建设实践中,形成了自己独特的思想方法和工作方法,“唯实”和“交换、比较、反复”是其中最具特色的内容。这一思想方法以马克思主义唯物论为基础,贯通了唯物论和辩证法,为我们提供了使认识更全面、分析问题更深刻、做出决策更正确的方法和原则,也对提高领导干部发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,进而最终提高干部的领导素质、提高党的执政能力有重要的现实意义。 |

| By participating in the revolutionary and the socialist construction over a long period of time, Chen Yun grasped a series of methods of his own, of which the most characteristic ones cover those of “being practical and realistic, exchanging the ideas, comparing the perspectives, and constantly deepening ones understanding of the problems in practice”. These method are based on Marxist materialism, combine Materialism with the dialectics. Learning the methods can help us gradually master the ways of how to have a correct understanding of the things, how to analyze and solve the problems. And it is also a very important for the leaders to recognize, analyze and solve the problems so as to improve the Partys governance capability. |
