| 契约内源于人的实践本性,内涵着功利性原则,自由平等、理性以及诚实守诺的精神。契约的精神和原则能有效地化解利益冲突,维持政治、经济秩序,促进人际和谐,是构建社会主义和谐社会的现实选择。要使契约精神由理论走向现实,必须建设富有时代精神和民族特色的契约文化,使之内化为人民日常交往的价值原则和践行的合理化依据;外化为制度设计的理念,建构以契约为中轴的市场经济体制;以及体现社会契约自由、理性、协商理念的宪政民主制度。 |

| Social contract that originates from practical nature of human beings and connotes the principle of social utility, freedom and equality, rationality, honesty and credit spirit, is an efficient mechanism of solving interests conflict, safeguarding world peace, and building a harmonious society. In building a harmonic society, merging freedom and equality into building the socialistic advanced culture, using social contract, contract principle guide and standard market economy operation, realizing citizen 's political participation and the rule of law, externalizing it into conception of system design, internalizing it into the value principles of daily communication and the rationalization basis of practice. |
