| 面对石油行业目前人才培养的急迫形势,继续教育已成为石油企业人才培养工作的重要组成部分,石油高校与石油企业利用各自优势联合开展继续教育则可充分发挥双方资源及能力优势的合力,这符合中国石油行业人才培养的发展趋势,是切合实际、高效可行的教育模式。因此,亟须探索石油高校与石油企业协同开展继续教育的机制,提高人才培养的质量;发挥联合开展继续教育的“协同优势”效应;构建良好的继续教育机制,提高人才的整体效益。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the urgency of cultivating talented people in the petroleum enterprises, the continuing education has played an important role in the training. The petroleum colleges and enterprises can make good use of their advantages to have the education collectively so that the educational resources and potentials could be exploited successfully, which corresponds to the developing trend and has been proved to be a practicable mode. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the mechanism for carrying out continuing education together between petroleum colleges and enterprises. Moreover, the thesis will elaborate on the following aspects:carrying out such education jointly and improving the quality of training; the "coordination advantages" of the collective mode; forming a sound mechanism of continuing education; promoting the overall effectiveness of the talented people; carrying out continuing education pay attention to the question, and so on. |
