| 毕业生就业服务是解决大学毕业生就业难问题的一种劳动力市场机制。就业服务应当以培训和开发就业能力为核心,以互联网为平台,多主体广泛参与,建立由政府引导与扶持、中介服务组织主导、毕业生负责、学校和用人单位参与的多主体合作的毕业生就业服务网络体系。为确保就业服务体系中各主体职责的充分履行,需要计划机制、市场机制、监督机制等运行机制对各主体的行为加以约束,从而充分发挥就业服务网络结构的作用,为大学毕业生创造良好的就业条件。 |

| Graduate employment services is the labor market mechanism to solve the problem of employment of college graduates. In the employment service network, training and development job related skills should be as the core, the Internet should be as the platform, government should guide and support the employment service network, graduates are responsible for it, schools and employers should widen participation in it. We need the plan mechanism and the market mechanism the operating mechanism to ensure each of the main responsibilities of the employment services network to fully discharge their duty, and thus give full play to the role of employment service network architecture in order to create good employment conditions for university graduates. |
