| The development and construction of the Yellow River Delta high efficiency ecological economic zone has risen for the national strategy. Form the perspective of the circular economy theory, the Party and State 's strategic understanding and practice for circular economy development, the objective conditions of the Yellow River delta, and ensuring to realize the "11th Five Year Plan", achieving national energy saving and emission reduction targets and transforming the economic growth mode of the Yellow River Delta, circular economy, as a kind of high efficiency and ecological form, very much accords with the actual needs of the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta. To explore the circular economy development mode and better realize resource efficiency, sustainable utilization and ecological protection has become an inevitable choice for the construction of the Yellow River Delta high efficiency ecological economic zone. |
