| 在全球炼油行业转移和调整的背景下,中国地方炼油企业目前面临着新的机遇与挑战。可以应用SWOT原理分析山东地方炼油企业拥有的优势、自身的劣势、面临的威胁及良好的机遇,在此基础上,确定地方炼油企业未来的发展方向。为了帮助地方炼油企业扩大生产规模、或成功转型、或退出,政府应当在政策、财政等方面支持地方炼油企业。 |

| In the context of transfer and adjustment of the global refining industry, the local refineries are faced with new opportunities and challenges. The article uses SWOT theory to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the local refineries. Based on the analysis, the article puts forward development direction of the local refineries and also points out that the government should provide policies and financial support to the local refineries so as to help them in transformation or withdrawing. |
