| 特色专业素质是一个学校特色专业的学生在接受专业教育后显示出的在专业素质方面的整体性特征,是综合素质的有机构成,是知识、能力、创新的和谐统一。特色专业素质具有比较优势,还体现在对专业及职业的强烈认同感和自豪感。特色专业素质培养是特色专业建设的重要内容和成果体现,是特色专业建设成果在育人上的转化。特色专业素质培养需要从确定特色化专业方向、特色培养方案设计、特色性的教育资源开发利用和构建和谐合作的教学关系等方面综合进行。 |

| The special professional quality is the qualitative integrity of all the students who study in the characteristic specialty of a university, which is formed after their professional education. It is the essential composition of comprehensive quality which is the coexistence of knowledge, ability and originality. In addition, the special professional quality often represents some comparative superiority which is embodied in the flush of identity and pride of the students. The training of the special professional quality is an important content and achievement in the construction of characteristic specialty, and is also the achievement transformation of specialty construction into student education. The special professional quality training should be carried out in terms of designing a unique specialty direction and training program, developing characteristic education resources, and building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, etc. |
