| 实现社会和谐,促进经济社会和谐发展,是当前中国政治生活中的一个重要时代课题。构建社会主义和谐社会的过程是一个风险不断呈现的过程,中国正处于全球化蓬勃发展的时代和国内激烈的社会转型时期,面临着一系列风险的严峻考验,进入了一个高风险社会阶段。通过培养风险意识、树立和谐发展理念、健全风险应对体系、参与风险全球治理等措施,才能有效地减少风险的发生,真正实现构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标。 |

| It is one of the important projects in China 's current political life to realize society harmony and promote the great development of the economy and society. The process of constructing harmonious society is a process of continuous emergence of various risks, our country is entering into the period of flourishing globalization and the intense social transformation, confronting the great challenge of various risks, and then entering into the high risk society stage. By fostering the risk consciousness, establishing the harmonious development opinion, perfecting risk governance systems, we can reduce greatly the occurrence rate of risks so as to realize the great goal of constructing the socialist harmonious society. |
