| 高效生态农业建设是推进黄河三角洲高效生态经济区建设的战略重点,也是“十二五”时期的一项重大任务。黄河三角洲地区发展高效生态农业具备一些有利条件,但也面临许多问题,如农民生态农业观念淡薄、农业生态环境恶化、生态农业缺乏技术支撑和社会支持等。为此,应发挥农民在高效生态农业建设中的主体作用,选择适合黄河三角洲地区高效生态农业的发展思路,把农业结构调整、改善生产条件、发展无公害农业与生态环境结合起来,大力推进黄河三角洲高效生态农业建设。 |

| The construction of the efficient ecological agriculture is the strategic priority to promote the construction of efficient ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta, is also a major task in the Twelfth "FiveYear"period. Not only many favorable conditions but also some problems exist in developing the efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta. That is, the farmers' concept of ecological agriculture is weak, and the agroecological environment is deteriorating, and the ecological agriculture lacks the technical support and social support, and so on. So we should play the main role of the farmers, and choose the development ideas for efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta. We must combine the adjustment of agricultural structure, the improvement of production conditions and the development of pollutionfree agriculture with the ecological environment so as to vigorously promote the construction of efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta. |
