| 新中国建立初期遭遇的严重自然灾害给中国社会带了较大的影响,造成了大量人口非正常死亡、盲目流动与迁移;部分灾民被迫变卖家产和卖送儿女;灾民心理结构受到严重损伤;生态系统遭到破坏,党的土改、剿匪工作以及工业化建设无法顺利进行。为此,党和政府实施了一系列救灾举措,大大减轻了自然灾害给中国社会带来的不利影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| China suffered serious natural disasters in the early days of New China. All kinds of natural disasters brought greater effects to Chinese society:there were many unnatural deaths and blind flow and migration. Some victims were forced to sell the property and children. And their psychological structure was injured. Ecosystems were damaged too. The Party's land reform, suppressing bandits and industrialized construction could not be conducted smoothly. Therefore, CPC and government took a lot of relief measures, which greatly reduced the negative influence of natural disasters to the Chinese society. |
