| 当前中国关于管理研究方法的研究还较为有限,对其进行理论探讨具有广阔空间和现实意义。方法论的缺失和研究方法的滞后一直制约着中国管理学的发展,为此,需要在考察国外管理研究发展路径的基础上,整理国内包括专著和论文在内的有关文献及成果,探索中国管理研究方法的研究现状,为研究方向和发展趋势提供理论依据。 |

| At present, the domestic researches on the method or methodology of management research are also limited, and the theoretical study has broad space and practical significance. Lack of methodology and research methods delayed are the main reason restricting the development of our management. We need to analyze the development path of the research methodology for management abroad, consolidate the domestic literatures including books and papers, and explore the research status to guide the development trends on this field. |
