| 港口经济对一个地区的发展起着至关重要的作用。东营市经济发展迅速、地理位置优越、土地资源丰富、经济腹地广阔、物流资源丰富,但经济结构矛盾突出、经济发展内生动力不强；东营是发展高效生态经济和蓝色经济的最佳结合点,中央政策为港口建设发展提供了新机遇,现代物流业的发展为水上运输和港口发展提供了发展空间；同时,外部环境也给东营港口的发展带来了威胁。因此,东营市应转变观念,创新机制,提升港口经济的服务保障水平；抓重大工业项目的招商,带动临港产业的发展；实施港城一体化战略；构建交通网络体系来拓展港口经济腹地空间。 |

| Port economy plays a vital role in the development of a region. There are many advantages in Dongying City, such as rapid economic development, convenient geographic location, affluent natural land resources, broad economic hinterland, rich logistics resources and so on. However, there are also many disadvantages, for example, acute structural imbalance in economy, the endogenous power is inadequate with the development of economy. The central policy provides new opportunities for the port development, the development of modern logistics industry provide spaces for water transport and port development, so Dongying is the optimal point to develop the efficient ecological economy and blue economy. At the same time, external environment also brings threats for the development of Dongying Port. Therefore, Dongying City should change the old concept, innovate the institutions, improve the level of service security in port economy, and attach importance to attracting investment of the larger heavy industry project so as to drive the development of port-vicinity industry. Also it should implement the strategy of harbor city integration and build traffic network system to expand the space of port hinterland. |
