| 在理工院校开展青年马克思主义者的培养工作是建设中国特色社会主义事业和提高大学生思想政治素质的迫切要求,是高校坚持社会主义办学方向和培养人才的必然要求。目前理工院校青年马克思主义者的培养工作在培养机制和教育水平、实践途径和实践活动等方面还存在一些问题。要从完善培养体系、推进实践活动、营造校园文化氛围等三个方面探索理工院校培养青年马克思主义者的有效途径。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cultivation of young Marxists in universities of science and technology is an urgent demand of construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and improvement of college students ideological and political quality. It is also an inevitable requirement of adhering to the socialist direction of running colleges and training talents. Nowadays, there are some problems in the cultivation of young Marxists, such as cultivation mechanism, educational level, and practical approaches and activities. The effective way of cultivation of young Marxists is described from three aspects:improvement of training systems, propulsion of practical activities and building of campus cultural atmosphere. |
