| 以跨国石油公司为研究目标,在兼顾指标体系的完备性和排序结果清晰性的基础上,排除公司规模的影响及单一年份数据的缺陷,构建一个可以综合反映石油公司经济、资源、政治风险的风险分级与排序模型。模型通过建立特定的指标体系并赋予指标相应的权重,计算公司的综合风险指数,并依之对公司进行排序。以石油股份公司等五家跨国石油公司为样本,对模型进行应用。结果显示,中石油股份公司综合风险最低。 |

| Taking the multi national oil companies as research target, the paper considers both the completeness of the index system and the clarity of ranking results, eliminates the influence of company 's scale and the defect of single year 's data, finally building a ranking and rating model that can reflect a company 's economical resource and political risk. In the model, a special indicator system is developed and the indicators are given relevant weights, then the integrated risk index can be obtained and used to rank the companies. The paper also takes 5 companies including Petro China as samples. The application results show that Petro China has the lowest integrated risk. |
