| 随着互联网技术的不断进步,网络新闻也得到了飞速的发展。网络新闻在蓬勃发展的过程中,出现了一些新的传播特征,同时也出现了一些问题。解决这些问题的策略主要有两个方面:从网络媒介自身来看,网络媒介应自觉遵守新闻职业道德,关注传播的个人化,完善网络新闻人才的培养计划;从外部环境来讲,则要提高受众的媒介素养,适当放开网络媒介的采访权,完善网络新闻的法律规范。这些措施不仅能够使网易新闻健康成长,而且可以使网络新闻行业跃上一个新台阶。 |

| As the Internet technology continues to progress, network news has also developed rapidly. Network news has, in the booming development process, taken on a few new communication features while there are also some difficulties and problems. Strategies for solving these problems mainly has two aspects:network media should consciously abide by the journalism ethics, concern about the transmission of personalization, improve the network news talents cultivation plan, from the external environment to improve the audience media literacy, appropriate open network media interviews, and to improve the network news legal norms. These measures not only help the Netease News grow healthily, but also make the network news industry jump the last new step. |
