| 在高等教育国际化背景下,俄罗斯为加快与国际接轨的步伐,进行了一系列改革和创新,如积极加入博洛尼亚进程,实行国家入学统一考试,强化高等工程教育,改革专业设置与课程教学内容,实施创新型高校发展战略,完善高等教育质量评估体系,这些策略在很大程度上提升了俄罗斯高等教育的国际地位和竞争力。中国要借鉴其成功经验,积极转变教育理念,增强高校创新能力,完善质量保障体系,营造良好育人环境,推进高等教育国际化进程,着力培养创新人才。 |

| Under the background of higher education internationalization, Russia carried out a series of reform and innovation to speed up the pace with international standards, e.g. Russia joined the Bologna process actively, implemented a unified national entrance examination, strengthened the higher engineering education and carried out a reform of professional settings and teaching content. It also implemented an innovative development strategy of colleges and perfected the quality of higher education evaluation system, These strategies improved the international status and competitiveness of the Russian higher education greatly. China should use its successful experience, positively change the educational philosophy, enhance the universities ability to innovate, improve the quality assurance system, create a good educational environment, propel the international process of higher education, and put forth efforts to cultivate creative talents. |
