| 理论研究:以企业创新产出作为被解释变量,创新环境投入作为解释变量,利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,建立数理经济模型,求证创新环境对区域企业创新能力的推动作用以及企业创新的内外环境之间的关联性。实证研究:利用2009年的截面数据,对区域企业创新环境与其创新产出关系进行实证研究,显示结果与理论研究结论具有很强的一致性。因此,要推动区域企业创新活动的持续开展,必须明确营造企业创新环境的主体、企业在营造其创新内环境过程中的作用、政府在营造企业创新外环境过程中的作用。 |

| Theory and Empirical Research on Innovation Environment Impacting Regional Enterprise 's Innovation Activities |

| Abstract: |
| Theory research:According to the output of innovation as the dependent variable, innovative environment 's inputs as explanatory variables, the mathematical economic models, which is established by using Cobb Douglas function, confirms that the innovative environment plays a role in promoting the regional enterprise 's innovative ability and the correlation between internal and external innovative environments. Empirical research:This article uses 2009 cross sectional data to empirically study on the relationship between the regional innovation environment and its creative output, whose results show that theory analysis and empirical research have a similar consistency. Therefore, to promote the sustainable development of regional innovation must explicitly make clear the main body of creating the business environment for innovation, enterprise 's role in creating its innovative environmental processes and the government 's role in creating business innovation outside environment. |
