| 高校思想政治教育人文关怀具有科学的内涵和重要价值。当前高校思想政治教育在人文关怀方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在着一些不足,如忽视个体差异与个性发展、人文教育内容缺失与教学方法滞后、心理疏导工作边缘化、人文社会实践活动缺乏等,其原因主要是教育理念、思想政治理论课教学、心理疏导工作以及思想政治教育队伍建设方面的问题。做好新时期高校思想政治教育工作,要把人文关怀贯穿其中,要注重个性发展,培养创新人才;以人为本,增强服务意识;注重心理疏导,提高心理健康水平;注重人文精神,建设和谐校园文化环境。 |

| The humanistic care of university ideological and political education has a scientific connotation and important value. The current college ideological and political education in humanistic care has made some achievements, but there are also defects like ignoring individual differences and personality development, lacking humanistic education content and teaching methods lagging behind, the marginalization of the psychological counseling work, lacking humanistic society practice activities, the reason mainly comes from educational idea, ideological and political theory course teaching, psychological counseling work, as well as ideological and political education team building issues. Doing a good job in ideological and political education work in universities in the new period, humane care should be run through them, pay attention to character development, and cultivate innovative talents, people-oriented, enhance service consciousness, pay attention to psychological counseling, improve the level of mental health, focus on the humanistic spirit, and build harmonious campus culture environment. |
