| 为实现装备制造产品出口的战略目标,越来越多的装备制造企业赴海外建厂,因此,必须加强对海外建厂项目后评价工作的探索和研究。根据装备制造企业海外建厂项目的特点,对海外建厂项目后评价的评价角度进行分析,可构建由5个维度、37个因子组成的后评价综合指标体系,从而有利于对海外装备制造项目进行全面系统的后评价。 |

| Abstract: |
| For realizing the strategic goal of oil equipment export, more and more equipment manufactories will go abroad to establish oversea manufactories, so we must attach importance to the post evaluation for oversea manufactory. In this paper the peculiarity of establishing oversea manufactory is analyzed, and the point of view of post evaluation is discussed. The evaluating indicator system is established which consists of 5 dimension and 37 factors, and it can improve the quality of post evaluation of oversea equipment manufacture projects. |
