| 石油专业博士留学生教育对于推动中国石油高等教育和科技发展、适应高等教育国际化以及服务于石油工业“走出去冶战略具有重要意义。但是中国石油专业博士留学生培养中存在一系列问题,如英文授课的专业课开课不足,国际化核心课程建设滞后,留学生管理不到位和涉密科研资料保密制度不完善等。为此,要提高博士留学生培养质量,应建立适应国际化教育的师资队伍、使留学生招生“质冶“量冶并重、加强国际化核心课程建设、配备专职管理人员以及完善科研资料保密制度。 |

| PhD international students'education plays an important role in the development of our country's petroleum education and technology, fitting the internationalization of higher education and serving to the national overseas petroleum strategy. Meanwhile, there are problems in PhD international students'education such as the lack of English professional courses, delay of core internationalizedcourse construction and problems in international students'management and the research data confidentiality. Five suggestions are proposed to explore how to improve the international students-education including faculty construction suitable for international education, to expand the scale and improve the quality of international students, strengthen internationalized core courses construction,recruiting full-time management faculty and improving data secrecy institution. |
