| 孔子“成人”的内涵是双重的,从“成人”的形成来看,它是个体内在德性和社会外在礼义双重作用的结果。“成人”作为普遍人格,其形式是主观的,但是,其内容却来自于社会中客观的价值体系与伦理规范。“成人”的这一特点说明,内在德性与外在规范共同作用于个体成长的过程。因此,在道德培养中,应该重视内在德性和外在规范的协调作用,让“教”与“化”有机统一起来。 |

| Abstract: |
| Confucius Chengren meaning is twofold. If we analyze the Chengren 's formation, we 'll find it is produced by the dual role of internal nature and external ritual. Chengren, as a general personality, has its subjective form. However, its content is obtained from the objective value system and ethics of society. This tells us, the internal nature and external standard work together on the process of personal growth. Therefore, in the course of moral cultivation, we should pay attention to the coordination role of the internal and external standard of virtues. |
