| 安全产业是为保障公民生命财产安全和职业健康,向国民经济各行业和社会各领域的安全生产、防灾减灾、应急救援、公共安全等方面的安全保障、支撑活动提供专用产品和服务的产业。安全产业以满足社会对安全的需求为根本目标,为保障社会总体安全提供支撑,其产出内容具有公共性、储备性的特征。根据《统计用产品分类目录》,运用产品分类法可将安全产业分为产品和服务两大类别,同时发现目前版本的《统计用产品分类目录》中安全产业众多产出内容还没有被明确列示,相关部门应该尽快更新现行的统计产品分类,给予安全产业一个更加准确的统计依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Aiming at protecting life, property and occupational health, safety industry is a kind of industry which provides special security products and services to various economic and social areas for disaster prevention and mitigation, emergency rescue, public safety and other aspects. To meet the needs of the whole society as a fundamental goal, safety industry provides support for the protection of social security, thus the output of safety industry has the characteristics of publicity and reserve. According to the statistical products catalog from National Bureau of Statistics and using product classification method, safety industry can be divided into two major categories:products and services. Moreover, in the current version of statistical products catalog, safety industry has not been clearly shown in many classified columns, so relevant government departments should update the existing statistical product classification and provide a more accurate statistical basis for the safety industry. |
