| 东营市是典型的油气资源型城市,已进入转型期的关键阶段,发展生产性服务业是促进其经济转型的重要途径。现阶段,东营市的生产性服务业与资源型产业之间存在一定的产业关联,与资源型产业关联较大的生产性服务业是金融业与批发和零售业。东营市的生产性服务业与资源型产业之间是一种双向的互动发展关系,但资源型产业发展对生产性服务业的拉动作用大于生产性服务业发展对资源型产业的带动作用。东营市要增强生产性服务业的带动作用,加快东营市资源型产业转型升级,必须大力发展生产性服务业。 |

| As a typical oil and gas resource-oriented city, Dongying has got into the critical stage of the transitional period. One way to promote the economic transition is to develop the productive service industries. At this stage, the productive service industries have a certain correlation to the resource-oriented industries in Dongying. Among the productive industries, financial sector, wholesale and retail sector have a bigger correlation to the resource-oriented industries. It is a two-way interactive relationship between the productive service industries and the resources-oriented industries. Comparatively speaking, however, the resources-oriented industries have a greater pushing effect on the productive-oriented industries. Therefore, the productive service industries have to be developed rapidly to accelerate the resource-oriented industries transformation in Dongying city. |
