| Guan Zi constructed a systematic theory of national management with explicit topic and relatively complete contents based on Guanzhong 's outstanding political practices in Qi State during the Spring and Autumn Period in China. It is the earliest and the most systematic philosophy of national governance. Guan Zi 's management thought system may be interpreted from viewpoints of management purpose, management humanity, management organization, management ways, management changes and economic management. The national governance thought of Guan Zi also has practical values in China today. |
