| 辅导员要做好90后大学生的工作,仅仅依靠权力性影响力是不够的,还必须发挥非权力性影响力的作用。辅导员的非权力性影响力主要由价值观因素、情感因素、品格因素、能力因素等构成。辅导员要发挥好非权力性影响力的作用,必须“有才气”,确保胜任工作；必须“接地气”,确保沟通顺畅；必须“讲义气”,注重感情投入；必须“扬正气”,传递正向能量；必须“展大气”,尊重学生发展。 |

| To do a good job of education for post-90s college students, counselors must employ their non-power influence which includes values, emotions, characters and ability. If Counselors want to give full play to the role of the non-power influence, they must "acquire wisdom" and ensure to be qualified; They must" stand on barefoot " and ensure smooth communication; They must "have personal loyalty " and pay attention to emotional devotion; They must "show evident justice" and spread positive energy; They must "exhibit generosity" and respect for students development. |
