| 脱欧给英国大学创新合作带来的影响长远而深刻,包括合作主导权的丧失、创新资源的流失以及合作空间的扩大。脱欧后受英欧新型关系和现实利益的影响,未来中英、中欧大学创新合作将呈现新的走向,中国大学也将迎来新的发展机遇。当前正值中英关系“黄金时代”和“一带一路”战略契机,做好未来中英、中欧大学创新合作的应对之策,对进一步提升中英、中欧创新合作水平,发展中国科研创新事业具有重要意义。 |

| Brexit has a great impact on the innovation and cooperation of British universities, including the loss of cooperation, the loss of innovation resources and the expansion of cooperation. Affected by the new European relations and realistic interests, the innovative cooperation between universities of China, Britain and Europe will take on a new trend. Chinese universities will have new opportunities for development. It is very significant for Chinese universities to seize the opportunities brought forth by the "Golden Age" of Sino-British relations and the Belt and Road strategy and take appropriate measures for the innovative cooperation with British and European universities. It will promote Sino-British and Sino-EU cooperation and China 's scientific and technological innovation. |
