| 原油作为炼化企业生产的主要原料,其价格变动会沿着产业链向下游的成品油价格传导,现有研究发现,在从原油价格到成品油价格的传导过程中,相对于原油价格的变动,成品油价格的变动存在非对称现象。但目前研究大多关注由原油到成品油的生产环节,即从原油价格到成品油价格传导过程的非对称性,对价格在流通环节传导机制的研究较少。采用APT-ECM模型,基于2012—2016年的月度数据,对中国成品油批发价格和零售价格进行实证研究,发现在成品油批发到零售的贸易流通环节,同样存在着价格传导的非对称性,并且汽柴油之间存在差异。中国应逐步放开成品油贸易流通限制,进一步推进成品油价格市场化改革。 |

| Crude oil is the main raw material for the production of refining enterprises and its prices will be guided along the industry chain to downstream of refined oil prices. Studies have found that there is an asymmetric phenomenon in the change in refined oil prices relative to the change in crude oil prices during the conduction from crude oil prices to refined oil prices. But most of the current researches focus on the production from crude oil to refined oil, that is, the asymmetry of transmission process from crude oil prices to refined oil prices, while there is little research on the conduction mechanism of the prices in circulation from the asymmetry of transmission process on crude oil prices to refined oil prices. In this paper, the APT-ECM model is used to study the wholesale prices and retail prices of refined oil in China based on monthly data from 2012 to 2016. It is found that there is also an asymmetry in the prices of refined oil on the trade circulation from the wholesale of refined oil to retail. There is also an asymmetry in the retail prices of refined oil in China compared with the change of wholesale prices of refined oil. China should gradually release the restrictions on the trade of refined oil and further promote the market-oriented reform of refined oil prices. |
